CUE DEMON CNC (XL) TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases of the Cue Demon CNC (XL) and Cue Demon CNC (XL) Premium Package from Billiards Innovations, LLC. By placing an order and submitting payment, the purchaser agrees to these terms.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER EQUIPMENT

Each Cue Demon CNC (XL) is made to order and may require materials, electronics, hardware, software, and other components to be purchased, reserved, configured, or modified specifically for the purchaser. The machine is not an off-the-shelf product.

2. PAYMENT

All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of purchase. An order will not be entered into the production schedule until full payment has been received and successfully processed.

Full payment authorizes Billiards Innovations, LLC to order materials, reserve components, schedule production, and begin work on the machine.

3. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

The most common completion and delivery time is approximately five weeks. The standard maximum completion and delivery period is eight weeks from the date full payment is received.

Some machines may be completed sooner depending on the number of machines currently in production, material availability, configuration requirements, testing, and shipping transit time.

Billiards Innovations, LLC will make every reasonable effort to complete and deliver the machine within eight weeks. Delays caused by suppliers, material or component shortages, severe weather, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, natural disasters, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend the delivery period. The purchaser will be notified of any significant delay.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

A cancellation may be requested only before all required materials and components have been ordered or allocated.

Once all required materials, electronics, hardware, software, or components have been ordered or allocated, the sale is final and no refund will be accepted.

Orders that have entered production, assembly, wiring, configuration, testing, packaging, or shipping preparation are nonrefundable.

When a cancellation is approved before all materials have been ordered, Billiards Innovations, LLC may deduct payment-processing fees, supplier fees, nonreturnable deposits, shipping expenses, labor, and any other nonrecoverable costs already incurred.

5. PRODUCTION SCHEDULING

Machines are generally scheduled in the order that full payments are received. Billiards Innovations, LLC may adjust the production schedule as reasonably necessary for material availability, supplier lead times, machine configuration, testing, quality control, or other operational requirements.

6. ORDER CHANGES

Requests to change the package, configuration, components, accessories, or specifications may affect the price and completion time. Changes may not be accepted after materials have been ordered or production has begun.

Any approved upgrade or addition must be paid in full before the change is made.

Removing an item from an order does not guarantee a refund when the related material or component has already been ordered, reserved, modified, or placed into production.

7. SOFTWARE AND TRAINING

Any bonus or complimentary software is included as an additional benefit and has no separate cash or refund value. Software licensing, activation, compatibility, updates, and continued availability may be controlled by the applicable third-party provider.

Any included one-on-one training is intended to assist with setup, basic operation, software use, and workflow. Training does not replace the purchaser’s responsibility to understand machining practices, follow safety procedures, and operate the equipment properly.

Unused or declined training does not qualify for a refund or credit.

8. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

The purchaser is responsible for providing a suitable location, proper electrical service, compatible computer, internet access, ventilation, dust collection, tooling, measuring equipment, workholding accessories, stable work surface, and appropriate safety equipment unless specifically stated as included.

The purchaser must follow all setup, operating, maintenance, and safety instructions. The machine should be operated only by a person who understands its controls, moving parts, cutting tools, electrical requirements, software, and potential hazards.

9. SHIPPING AND INSPECTION

The purchaser is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and shipping information and for being available to receive the shipment.

Billiards Innovations, LLC is not responsible for address-correction fees, missed-delivery charges, storage fees, redelivery fees, or return-shipping costs caused by incorrect information or the purchaser’s inability to receive the shipment.

The purchaser must inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery. Visible damage must be photographed and reported immediately in accordance with the carrier’s claim requirements.

10. IMPROPER USE AND MODIFICATIONS

Billiards Innovations, LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or machine failure caused by improper installation, improper electrical connections, unauthorized modifications, incorrect settings, unsuitable tooling, improper workholding, operator error, lack of maintenance, failure to follow safety procedures, or use outside the machine’s intended purpose.

11. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS

Third-party software, electronics, accessories, and shipping services may be subject to separate warranties, licenses, policies, and terms.

Billiards Innovations, LLC does not control third-party updates, licensing changes, compatibility changes, discontinued products, manufacturer policies, or carrier performance.

12. RESULTS AND SUITABILITY

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the machine is suitable for the intended use, workspace, experience level, computer system, electrical service, and production needs.

Billiards Innovations, LLC does not guarantee specific profits, production levels, machining results, product quality, or business performance. Results depend on the operator’s experience, materials, tooling, software settings, files, maintenance, and machining procedures.

13. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting full payment, the purchaser confirms acceptance of these Terms of Sale and acknowledges that:

• All orders are prepaid in full.

• Each machine is made to order.

• The most common completion and delivery time is approximately five weeks.

• The standard maximum completion and delivery period is eight weeks.

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend the delivery period.

• Once all required materials and components have been ordered or allocated, the order is final and nonrefundable.
