Product descriptions, written warranties, and any written order-specific agreement also apply. An expressly agreed order-specific term controls over a conflicting general term, subject to applicable law.

 

2. Consumer rights and the return policy above

The Refund and Return Policy above describes our voluntary return, repair, and replacement policy. Its no-refund and non-returnable-item provisions do not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law, including for qualifying unshipped or canceled orders. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights, applicable warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

 

3. Orders, prices, and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Prices, availability, and promotions may change for future purchases. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. If a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding with changed terms; you may decline the change and receive a refund of any payment for the canceled item.

Review the shipping or production time stated for your order, particularly for custom equipment and made-to-order work. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation-and-refund options required by applicable law. Please contact us promptly about missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries and retain relevant packaging and photographs to help us investigate. This request does not shorten your legal claim periods.

 

5. Custom work and customer-supplied materials

Before custom manufacturing or other commissioned work begins, confirm the scope, specifications, price, and estimated timing with us in writing. Any deposit, cancellation charge, or special condition must be disclosed and agreed before the order is placed. Changes requested after work begins may require a revised price or schedule and your approval. Tell us about known defects, prior treatments, and special handling requirements for materials you provide.

 

6. Product characteristics and safe use

Natural wood, leather, and other materials may vary in grain, appearance, and performance; screen settings can also affect displayed colors. These variations do not excuse a product that fails to match its description or applicable warranty. Follow the product instructions and appropriate safety procedures. CNC machinery, cutting tools, resins, and workshop processes require suitable training, protective equipment, and ventilation. Cue-tip installation should be performed by a suitably skilled person. Contact us if instructions or compatibility requirements are unclear.

 

7. Warranties and support

Any written warranty supplied for a product remains subject to its stated terms and applicable law. These general terms do not replace that warranty or disclaim statutory or implied warranties that apply. 8. Accounts and approved trade access

Keep account information accurate and login credentials secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If a technician or reseller program is offered, private access and discounted pricing require our approval and any separately disclosed program terms. Access is limited to the approved account and is not transferable. Trade status does not authorize you to bind Billiards Innovations, LLC or represent yourself as our employee or agent.

 

9. Website content and digital materials

Our original website content, product photographs, manuals, books, videos, and digital materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product or download does not transfer copyright. Unless a product license says otherwise, digital materials are licensed for the purchaser’s own use and may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly posted without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party software is subject to its own license.
