I've had my machine for about 6 months, This machine is awesome for doing inlays without a doubt. Learning Vetric Aspire takes some time but totally doable. I opted to not get the spinning station but I can see how that would be a huge space saver for ppl with limited space. Chris is a great teacher and he will save you years and years off anyone's Learning curve getting going. I bet we've racked up about 40 hours on the phone over the last 8 months! Lol! Thanks chris! After months of research, I chose the Cue Demon CNC XL—and I’m glad I did. The machine feels solid and well-built, and it fits perfectly in my small shop. I haven’t run a full project yet, but setup has been smooth. Chris has been amazing—always available to answer questions and guide me through the process. As a new cue builder, Chris has been invaluable in setup and tuning the unit. We’ve had several calls to resolve issues or assist in cue building advice. The unit itself performs well for all tasks. Attaching a couple of pics to show the accuracy and detail of the Cue Demon XL. First is an inlay pocket and the other is a 3D joint protector I made as a test in vCarve Pro.
I purchased the cue demon and from the moment I called to ask questions all the way through shipping and into my first walk thru set up Chris has been squared away. Constant contact and follow ups. I couldn't have found a better set up / Program / Customer Service than with Billiard Innovations. If your thinking of buying one you will not be disappointed in anyway.
